California Trade Mission: Poland and Ukraine

The Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) invites California companies to participate in a focused trade mission to Poland, with a spotlight on the energy and construction sectors—and an eye toward critical rebuilding efforts in Ukraine.

Why Poland and Ukraine?

Poland is one of the fastest-growing economies in the European Union, investing heavily in modernizing its energy infrastructure, expanding renewable energy capacity, and upgrading its built environment. With over $100 billion in EU funds earmarked for energy transition and infrastructure, Poland is a strategic gateway for California companies seeking growth in Central and Eastern Europe.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s urgent reconstruction needs, driven by war-related destruction, have created massive demand for innovative technologies, sustainable building practices, and resilient energy systems. • Market Briefings and Business Roundtable – receive in-market briefings from government and business leaders on doing business in Ukraine.
• Business Development Support – receive business-to-business matchmaking and participate in site visits in Lviv.

Cost: The trade mission features two modules, Poland* and Ukraine, with separate pricing.

*Participation in the Poland mission includes exhibiting at the ReBuild Ukraine trade show as a roving exhibitor (your company does not have a dedicated space in the pavilion, but will be featured in promotion materials at the pavilion, have a dedicated space for a company brochure, and access to pavilion meeting space). Companies wishing to have a dedicated counter in the California Pavilion with a small monitor will be charged an additional $1,000.
